Moksha Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. While all classes are rooted in the Moksha Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach. With the goal of encouraging her patient’s to utilize yoga for a safe and effective form of injury rehabilitation, Dr. Nicole decided to become an instructor herself. Beginning with certification through Can-Fit-Pro in 2008, she has taken numerous yoga workshops and courses to expand her knowledge and skill set, including Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for Runners  certifications.

Dr. Nicole is continuously inspired by her patients that find pain-relief and a new found strength and peacefulness after beginning their own yoga practice.

Dr. Nicole teaches a weekly gentle Stretch, Sweat & Unwind (SSU) class at Moksha Yoga Hamilton (MYH) and is famous for teaching her “YOGAnatomy” classes. YOGAnatomy classes focus an entire class on a specific injury or area of the body. Past YOGAnatomy classes have included:
