With our mission in mind, The Health Centre’s policies are created to provide the highest quality care and to ensure that every patient receives the attention they need. 

To help us serve all our patients effectively, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
