Dr. Carly King obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. She completed her internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and the Sherbourne HIV Health Centre, while also volunteering her time with Natural Doctors International at a clinic in Nicaragua.

Dr. Carly is a mom to two wonderful kids and has always been oriented to health and wellness. She loves movement of any kind, but especially running and yoga.

As a strong believer in continuing education, Dr. Carly is always learning. In addition to being a Naturopathic doctor, she is also a trained birth doula.

Dr. Carly helps women achieve their full potential by optimizing wellness. I work with women from preconception through postpartum and beyond to support them in growing healthy families. It’s my goal to develop long-term relationships with the families I help to properly guide them in navigating their wellness journey.

“I believe in preventative medicine. From pre-conception to postnatal, we will come up with a plan to keep you and your baby at your healthiest!

I spend time with my patients. With an initial 90 minute consultation, we have the time to do a deep dive, really talk about your health and for you to ask a lot of questions! This allows me to get to know you better and to provide more individualized care.I provide a no band-aid approach. This is about lifelong wellness for my patients and to achieve that we need to identify and treat the underlying cause of health issues.

I provide judgement-free care. I create a safe space for my patients where they can ask questions, participate in their own health care and feel confident that their story has been heard. 

I have a community. With an extensive network of local health care providers that focus on women’s health, I can guide you to the practitioner that’s right for you!

From fertility all the way to baby, I’ll be there every step of the way with a more natural, individualized approach.“
