Dr. Lauren Stewart graduated from Brock University in 2010 with an Honours degree in Kinesiology before attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Growing up in Hamilton, she was very active in the basketball community, winning several city and provincial championships throughout her high school career. She went on to play at Brock University as captain of the women’s varsity team. Through her basketball career she experienced a wide range of injuries that ultimately led to her interest and career in health care.

Dr. Stewart uses a wide variety of techniques including acupuncture, spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation to help her patients reach their optimal health goals.
