Nancy is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Certified Medical Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) specializing in evidence-based treatment techniques. With a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for helping others, Nancy combines her expertise in massage therapy with specialized training in lymphatic health and post-surgery rehabilitation to provide targeted and effective care.

Nancy recently completed her Medical Lymph Drainage (MLD) certification through Klose Training, based on the techniques developed by Dr. Emil Vodder. This therapeutic form of soft-tissue mobilization can help reduce post-surgical and traumatic edema, provide symptomatic relief for conditions including migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis, and support general relaxation and detoxification. Nancy is particularly skilled in providing MLD treatment for clients who have undergone breast surgery for cancer and are at risk of developing lymphedema, as well as those managing mild, medically-uncomplicated lymphedema.

Having undergone disc herniation surgery herself, Nancy personally understands the challenges and recovery process involved.
