TMJ & JAW PAIN THERAPY

Do you clench your jaw during stressful moments? Wake up with headaches or a tight, aching face? Experience clicking, popping, or difficulty opening your mouth fully?

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction affects how your jaw moves and functions—and its impact often extends far beyond the jaw itself. TMJ issues can contribute to headaches, neck tension, ear pain, and even difficulty eating or speaking comfortably.

A Specialized Approach

Katarina Liberte, RMT, has developed a focused practice in TMJ and jaw pain therapy, combining advanced training with a genuine passion for helping clients find relief from these often-overlooked conditions.

Her specialized education includes:

  • TMJ Mastery with John W. Corry
  • Foundations in Myofascial Release for the Jaw and Mouth with Walt Fritz
  • Soft Tissue Manipulation of the Cervical Region, including craniosacral techniques, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and intra-oral massage for muscles of mastication
  • Currently completing: Head, Neck and Jaw Master Classes

What to Expect

Treatment may include gentle manual therapy techniques addressing the muscles of the jaw, face, and neck—including intra-oral massage when appropriate. Katarina takes time to understand how your symptoms affect your daily life and works collaboratively with you to develop a treatment approach tailored to your needs.
